Effective 19 August 2026
Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of the Jai Shri Krishna Jewellery website and participation in a savings scheme operated by Jai Shri Krishna Jewellery, No. 155, Azad Road, Thorapadi, Vellore, Tamil Nadu 632001, India.
1. Enrolment
Public self-registration is not available. A customer becomes enrolled only after the showroom creates a customer profile and a specific scheme account. The scheme account records the selected plan, savings mode, contribution rules, duration, eligibility date, and applicable bonus terms. A website login by itself is not an enrolment or agreement.
2. Plans and contributions
Current plans display their contribution amount or range, frequency, and duration on the plans and pricing page. Contributions are paid in INR. Fixed plans accept only the recorded fixed amount; variable plans accept amounts within their recorded range. Once-per-month plans permit only one successful contribution in a calendar month. Contributions are not accepted outside the dates allowed by the enrolled terms.
3. Online payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. A browser success message alone does not credit a scheme. The payment must be verified and captured by the payment provider. Pending or failed attempts create no savings entitlement. Customers should retain the payment reference and contribution acknowledgement.
4. Cash, gold, and silver modes
Cash, gold, and silver balances are separate. A gold or silver contribution is allocated using the applicable rate recorded after payment verification and is shown as metal quantity. Historical allocated quantities do not change when market rates change. Metal rates and jewellery prices can rise or fall, and the scheme does not promise an investment return.
5. Duration, eligibility, and bonus
The minimum scheme duration is shown at enrolment and is at least 12 months. Reaching the eligibility date makes the recorded entitlement eligible for redemption; it does not automatically purchase jewellery or close the account. Any cash-plan bonus is governed by the percentage and qualifying duration recorded at enrolment. A projected bonus shown before eligibility is an estimate and is not yet redeemable.
6. Early discontinuation
An early-discontinuation request must be made within 12 months of the scheme start date. Paid contributions are not voluntarily returned as cash merely because the customer chooses to stop early. The accumulated eligible credit may instead be applied at our showroom toward jewellery or eligible gold or silver coins.
- Discontinuation during the first 0–5 completed months receives no scheme benefit or discount on wastage/value addition.
- From 6 completed months until maturity, any partial wastage/value-addition discount is limited to the schedule stated in the customer’s written enrolment terms. If no such schedule is recorded, no additional discount is promised by this website.
7. Redemption and purchases
At eligibility, a cash-mode scheme may be settled as cash or applied to a jewellery purchase according to its recorded terms. Gold and silver schemes may be settled in the matching metal or applied to a jewellery purchase; they are not converted to cash by this application. Showroom purchases are subject to product availability, prevailing price, applicable taxes, making charges, wastage/value addition, and the invoice terms. Showroom staff record completed redemptions; the website does not dispatch products or execute payouts automatically.
8. Payment errors, refunds, and disputes
Duplicate, erroneous, or captured payments that create no corresponding entitlement may qualify for a source refund. Customers must report such a payment within 24 hours. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for investigation and processing timelines. This does not limit rights available under applicable law or card/payment-network rules.
9. Account security and acceptable use
Customers must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access or payment activity. The website must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with service operation, or to attempt access to another customer’s records.
10. Availability and corrections
We may temporarily suspend the website for security, maintenance, or provider outages. Financial records are corrected through traceable reversal or reconciliation procedures rather than hidden deletion. If website information conflicts with a customer’s valid written enrolment terms, contact the showroom so the discrepancy can be reviewed.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the competent courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Questions may be sent to admin@jaishrikrishnajewellery.com or raised by calling +91 94894 81436.
