Privacy policy

Jai Shri Krishna Jewellery respects customer privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our showroom and savings-scheme website.

Information we collect

Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or online-banking passwords are entered into Razorpay’s payment interface and are not stored by this website.

How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure customer accounts, record agreed enrolments, validate contributions, allocate metal, calculate eligibility and balances, process and document redemptions, provide support, investigate errors, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and payment-network obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as reasonably necessary with payment processors such as Razorpay, banking partners, hosting and database providers, email-delivery providers, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, or other parties where required by law. Service providers receive only the information needed for their function. We do not sell customer personal information.

Cookies and sessions

The website uses essential cookies for login sessions, request security, and account functionality. These are not used by us for third-party advertising. Razorpay may process information under its own privacy terms when its checkout is opened.

Retention

We retain scheme and financial records for as long as reasonably required to operate the scheme and meet accounting, tax, dispute, payment-network, and other legal obligations. Security logs and support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose. Some financial records are append-oriented and cannot be silently deleted because they establish the transaction history.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted production systems, payment-signature verification, and traceable financial records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use a strong password and immediately report suspected account misuse.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to review or correct your contact information and may raise questions about access, retention, or lawful processing. Some information cannot be removed while retention is required for financial, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes. We will respond according to applicable law after verifying the requester’s identity.
