Shipping and delivery policy

Showroom pickup only

Jai Shri Krishna Jewellery does not currently ship or deliver jewellery, coins, cash, or metal redeemed through the savings scheme. All physical fulfilment and redemption collection takes place in person at our showroom:

Because delivery is not offered, there is no delivery area, shipping charge, or courier-delivery timeline.

Arranging collection

Contact the showroom before visiting to confirm eligibility, product or coin availability, applicable pricing and charges, required documentation, and the expected collection time. Custom or unavailable items may require a separately agreed preparation period before pickup.

Verification at pickup

The customer may be asked to provide the scheme number, registered contact information, suitable identification, and any related invoice or redemption reference. Customers should inspect physical items and verify the invoice at handover. Fulfilment is recorded only after the showroom completes the redemption or purchase process.

Online account updates

The customer’s online scheme account reflects verified contributions and recorded redemptions; it is not a shipment tracker. Payment verification or metal allocation can occasionally remain pending while a provider issue is investigated. A pending status does not mean that an item has been dispatched.
